Do you sometimes wonder where there is space in your life for YOU?Are you one of the many women who are so overloaded with responsibilities that you feel as if there’s no room for you in your own life? There is a way to reconnect with your authentic Self. Come on what may be the most important journey of your life, the Journey to Me. Your guide on this journey is Jane Gillespie. Jane uses a combination of person-centred counselling, hypnotherapy and meditation to lead you towards claiming space and time for YOU. There are three ways to work with Jane's program. You can participate in any or all of these. Individual Counselling One-on-one counselling can be a good way to start if you don’t feel comfortable with the idea of sharing with a group. Support Groups Working with a group of women facing similar issues can be immensely helpful. Sharing stories with others also searching for that vital missing piece in their lives is a powerful way to come up with strategies so that you can have it all – work, family AND you. Weekend Retreats These weekends offer time-out with lots of pampering and nurturing – something many women are good at giving to others, but may not be as good at receiving. The venue for the Retreats is a beautiful 19th century colonial homestead set on 900 acres of bush. Retired horses graze in the home paddock, kangaroos are legion, wombats sometimes appear and there are many different kinds of birds. A combination of activities is offered over the weekend, including counselling, meditation, yoga, massage or reflexology, sand tray and journey work. The retreats are a wonderful way to unwind, relax and just ‘be’. You will come away from these weekends feeling rejuvenated and with deeper insights into your authentic self. |
